Client Information

Booking Details

Pricing will be $1000 per rider. This price will not be affected by multiple horses however we do offer a family discount with multiple riders. Video coverage IS INCLUDED in this package.

Event Details

The client will receive daily photo coverage of competition, awards, and candids around the show. Photos will be delivered digitally to a private online gallery nightly and updated throughout the week in a timely fashion. The client will have access to low resolution photos instantly for personal use and social media. A discounted price list for print and canvas orders will also be given to all client galleries. Video clips will be delivered to each client by end of the show.

Payment Type

Payment MUST be made in full by April 1st in order to secure your spot.

Kind Media LLC will not be liable for failure or delay to perform obligations under this agreement, which have become practically impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the applicable party. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God or closure of event under which this contract is intended to be performed. If the event is cancelled for any circumstance including pandemic reasons, Kind Media LLC will refund the monetary value relating to the unused portion of the contract if less than 50% of the contract was completed.

If the contracted photography subject, for any reason other than those listed above, cannot attend the event or chooses to terminate the agreement, Kind Media LLC is not obligated to refund the contract amount. Contracts will be evaluated on an individual basis.
