WE PHOTOGRAPH ALL EXHIBITORS AND POST FOR PURCHASE DAILY ON OUR WEBSITE.

Photos only: Pricing will be $800 per rider and will not be affected by multiple horses. This contract does NOT include a trainer riding your horse. 

PLEASE NOTE-Some divisions/classes may NOT be eligible for this sign up (i.e leadline). 

Photo and Video Coverage

Video coverage is available for an additional $500 per rider and will not be affected by multiple horses. 

Private Clients: The client will receive daily photo coverage of competition, awards, and candids around the show.  Photos will be delivered digitally to a private online gallery and updated throughout the week in a timely fashion.  The client will have access to low resolution photos instantly for personal and social media usage.  A discounted price list for print and canvas orders will also be given to all Client galleries.  
*Please note we do not guarantee coverage of every round and jump.  Especially in the case of inclement weather.

Video Clients: The client will receive high quality edited videos throughout the week of the show in a timely fashion. All videos will be stabilized and edited before being sent to the client via a provided phone number.

COVID-19 CLAUSE

  Kind Media LLC will not be liable for failure or delay to perform obligations under this agreement, which have become practically impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the applicable party.  Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God or closure of event under which this contract is intended to be performed.  If the event is cancelled for any circumstance including pandemic reasons, Kind Media LLC will refund the monetary value relating to the unused portion of the contract if less than 50% of the contract was completed.

  If the contracted photography subject, for any reason other than those listed above, cannot attend the event or chooses to terminate the agreement, Kind Media LLC is not obligated to refund the contract amount.  Contracts will be evaluated on an individual basis.
